NOTICE: ALL OLD REGISTRATION CODES MUST NOW BE ENTERED ONLY IN LOWER CASE LETTERS AND NUMBERS.

Lost Registration Code

If you’ve lost or forgotten your Registration Code, send a note to contact @ leaseguide.com along with your name and email address (must be the same name and address you used when you ordered), and the approximate date of your order. After we verify your order and send you your code, please save it because you may need it again in the future if your computer crashes or you move to another computer.

Problems with Registration Code

If you have received your Registration Code but are having problems entering it and getting past the login screen, there are only three possible reasons for the problems are the following:

1. Code is not being entered correctly.

All current registration codes are now LOWER CASE (not capital letters) and numbers. If you have an old registration code in UPPER CASE, it MUST be entered now in LOWER CASE.

Second, be sure you’re actually entering your Registration Code (given to you on your order confirmation page and sent to you by email), not a Customer ID, Order ID, Transaction ID, or any other number. There’s a difference. Your registration code is five characters long.

Third, make sure you’re entering the first three characters and the last character as alphabetic. Only the fourth character is a number.

Finally, make sure you are not entering spaces before or after the code. Also, do not copy and paste your registration code from our email to you — type it manually. You are less likely to enter extra space characters.

2. Your Internet browser does not have “cookies” enabled.

This is the most common reason for registration problems. You MUST permit cookies to function in order to register. Allowing cookies will also make your other Web browsing experiences faster, easier, and more enjoyable. If you prefer, you can enable cookies temporarily to register, and then disable it afterwards. See below for instructions on how to enable cookies in your Internet browser.

Your Lease Kit cookie is valid for one year, which means you’ll have to enter your registration code again at that time to regain use of your Lease Kit. You DO NOT have to purchase the Kit again. You ONLY have to enter the purchase registration code you already have, which will be good for another year.

If your computer crashes, or you get a new computer, you’ll have to enter your registration code again. You do not need to purchase the Kit again.

3. A firewall security setting is preventing you from entering your registration code.

You are possibly on a company network — or a home network — and a setting in your firewall security program, such as Zone Alarm, is preventing you from entering your registration code — or the setting is not allowing cookies to be set on your PC (see above). Get your network administrator to assist you in locating the problem setting or simply temporarily disable your firewall until after you have entered your registration code.
